  Manager was helpful when I complained about my room being 88 degrees. Justin the bartender on the patio was good.

  Staff let me check into a room without air conditioning and then told me it was "running to capacity" when the room was 88 degrees. When I asked to be moved, they moved me to a room half the size. When I asked to be moved again , they moved me to a "suite" on the 3rd floor with a view of the generator and dirty floors.

  love the sleekness and design of the rooms, wooden floors, big showers! Thompson has everything! Scarpetta is a great restaurant, as a chef myself I think their menu ad presentation is amazing! staff are polite and helpful. what more do you want?

  The room, amenities and location were all excellent. Hotel restaurants were fantastic.

  Some staff were extremely helpful, while others, notably at the rooftop bar were cool, aloof and unhelpful.

  I like the one stop everything included. Bar/lounge at entrance, club environment at 15th floor overlooking T.O., Restaurant was awesome. It is pricey though.....

  no ice machines! had to call for ice...hence more tipping per visit!...drop price of hotel...but keep your prices high with all other things you offer at an above price. Keeps a great clientel. I'm not in the room! I'm spending alot of money at all 3(restaurant,club and lounge). Why do I pay so much for room?

  The accommodations were great, the room was clean, bright, and ultra- modern, and the bed was super-comfy and luxurious. We ordered room service twice, the food came on time, the staff were pleasant and courteous - the eggs florentine was superb! The rooftop pool was beautiful, and the view was spectacular. The location was perfect, we could walk to most of the destinations we wanted to visit.

  There was construction outside the fitness room, which was on the same floor as our room, began at 7:45 am. It was very loud and woke us up - which prevented a relaxing morning of sleeping-in. I can appreciate that construction needs to be done, but we should have been informed of the pending construction at check-in. In the wee hours of Saturday morning, there were guests being very boisterous in that halls begining at 1:30 am until about 3 am.

  I liked the cleanliness of the room, which is very very important to me. I also liked the streamline design and concept of the hotel. The staff are very friendly and helpful, a big surprise for me considering the atmosphere of the hotel.

  The parking is a bit of a disappointment. There were plenty of spaces but it was a challenge to find your way into and out of it.

  Very chic, boutique feel. Great location. Fantastic restaurants. Staff were well trained and attentive.

  A little loud at night, but the rooms were quiet. Its a trendy spot.

  I liked that the guests were made to feel of value over the number of club goers that also attend the bars at night. We were escorted to the elevators over mobs waiting to get to the rooftop bar. That made us feel like our business there was appreciated. And we appreciate that in return.
